paldofun is required by PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires submission of:

Accounts with pending KYC may continue to play but will be unable to process withdrawals until verification is complete. paldofun reserves the right to request additional documentation where circumstances warrant.
paldofun accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven (Cliqq). The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100. Deposits are credited to your paldofun account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya. paldofun does not charge transaction fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers are processed within two (2) banking hours. paldofun reserves the right to extend processing times during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the paldofun account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the withdrawal amount automatically.

paldofun reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the paldofun platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding paldofun account decisions, game outcomes, or payment matters, shall first be submitted to paldofun's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for matters not resolved through the above process.
